MAD – światło, przestrzeń, emocje | re:MAD – puls, energia, świeżość

Lubię liczby. Lubię kolory. Lubię to, jak się przenikają, jak tworzą rytm, harmonię, strukturę. Muzyka działa podobnie – to matematyka emocji, przestrzeń, w której dźwięki spotykają się, odbijają od siebie, rezonują.

MAD powstało w momencie, gdy liczby, kolory i dźwięki ułożyły się w coś, co miało sens. Zaczęło się w Madrycie, podczas AES. Energia, inspiracja, rozmowy. To tam w głowie narodził się ten album. Jest pełen światła, bo chyba tego właśnie wtedy potrzebowałem.

Co więcej, na płycie pojawiają się również hiszpańskojęzyczne wokalistki z Meksyku, Kolumbii i Argentyny, które wniosły do utworów jeszcze więcej emocji, barw i latynoskiej energii. To dla mnie niezwykle ekscytujące, bo ich głosy dodają muzyce nowy, organiczny wymiar, tworząc unikalne połączenie z elektroniką.

Nie bez znaczenia jest także fakt, że MAD oraz re: MAD ukazuje się nakładem meksykańskiego labelu RUNA RECORDS w którym działa jedna  z zaproszonych wokalistek La Bermúdez.

Teraz czas zatoczyć koło i stworzyć “re: MAD”, którego premiera odbędzie się 23 maja podczas AES w Warszawie.

Tym razem jednak robię coś, czego jeszcze nie próbowałem – wydaję winyl. I to nie byle jak, bo przy współpracy z chyba najbardziej odpowiednią osobą w Polsce – Panem Winylem. To dla mnie ważne, bo fizyczny nośnik nadaje muzyce nowy wymiar, bardziej namacalny, osobisty.

Ale to nie koniec historii. Chcę sprawdzić, jak ta energia rezonuje w innych ludziach. Czy można przetworzyć ją na coś nowego? Jak MAD zabrzmi w innych rękach?

Dlatego razem z www.audiotechpro.pl zorganizowałem konkurs na remix. Najlepsza wersja, wybrana przez świetne jury, trafi na winylowe wydanie MAD – obok zaproszonych gości: P.A.F.F, Pysh, Zeu5 i kilku innych znakomitych artystów. To miks sprawdzonych remikserów i świeżej krwi, młodych producentów, którzy mają przed sobą świetlaną przyszłość.

Wiem, że “re: MAD” na pewno będzie nieco inny. MAD było słoneczne, naładowane energią i chcę jeszcze trochę tego słońca zatrzymać. Dlatego remikserzy dostali wskazówki – bardziej zachód słońca na plaży 🌅 niż bunkier w Berlinie. Bardziej iberyjski klimat niż industrialna surowość.

Żeby uczcić premierę, organizuję też imprezę, na której zagra większość artystów obecnych na winylu. To będzie moment, w którym dźwięki, liczby i kolory w końcu spotkają się na parkiecie.

MAD – light, space, emotions | re:MAD – pulse, energy, freshness

I like numbers. I like colors. I like how they intertwine, creating rhythm, harmony, and structure. Music works similarly – it is the mathematics of emotions, a space where sounds meet, reflect off each other, and resonate.

MAD was born at a moment when numbers, colors, and sounds aligned into something that made sense. It all started in Madrid, during AES. Energy, inspiration, conversations. That’s where the idea for this album was born in my mind. It is full of light because that was exactly what I needed at the time.

Moreover, the album features Spanish-speaking vocalists from Mexico, Colombia, and Argentina, who brought even more emotion, color, and Latin energy to the tracks. This is incredibly exciting for me because their voices add a new, organic dimension to the music, creating a unique blend of electronic sound with passion and authenticity.

Another important aspect is that MAD and re:MAD are being released under the Mexican label RUNA RECORDS, which is also home to one of the invited vocalists, La Bermúdez.

Now, it’s time to come full circle and create “re: MAD”, which will premiere on May 23rd during AES in Warsaw.

This time, however, I’m doing something I’ve never tried before – releasing a vinyl. And not just any vinyl, but in collaboration with probably the most suitable person in Poland – Pan Winyl. This is important to me because a physical medium gives music a new dimension – more tangible and personal.

But that’s not the end of the story. I want to see how this energy resonates with other people. Can it be transformed into something new? How will MAD sound in different hands?

That’s why, together with www.audiotechpro.pl, I organized a remix contest. The best version, selected by an outstanding jury, will be featured on the vinyl release of MAD – alongside invited guests: P.A.F.F, Pysh, Zeu5, and several other remarkable artists. It’s a mix of experienced remixers and fresh blood, young producers with a bright future ahead.

I know that “re: MAD” will definitely be a little different. MAD was sunny, full of energy, and I want to keep some of that sunshine. That’s why the remixers received clear guidelines – more like a sunset on the beach 🌅 than a bunker in Berlin. More of an Iberian vibe than industrial rawness.

To celebrate the premiere, I am also organizing an event where most of the artists featured on the vinyl will perform. It will be a moment when sounds, numbers, and colors finally meet on the dance floor.
