1. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

1. The Consumer has the right to withdraw from the contract concluded with the Seller through the Store, subject to § 9 of the Terms and Conditions of the Online Store Polvinyl Sp. z o.o., within 14 days without providing any reason.

2. The withdrawal period will expire after 14 days from the day:

a. On which the Consumer acquires physical possession of the goods or on which a third party, other than the carrier and indicated by the Consumer, acquires physical possession of the goods.

b. On which the Consumer acquires physical possession of the last good or on which a third party, other than the carrier and indicated by the Consumer, acquires physical possession of the last good in the case of a contract concerning multiple items that are delivered separately.

3. To exercise the right of withdrawal, the Consumer must inform the Seller, either through the store’s return panel or using the contact details provided in § 9 of the Terms and Conditions, of their decision to withdraw from the contract by an unequivocal statement (e.g., a letter sent by post or information sent by email).

4. In the event of a return, we will cancel and deduct any applied special discount from the refund amount.

5. The Consumer may use the withdrawal form template provided at the end of the Terms and Conditions, but it is not mandatory. The automatically generated form, printed and signed, will suffice if the consumer reports the return through the store’s return panel.

6. To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for the Consumer to send information regarding the exercise of their right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

2. EFFECTS OF WITHDRAWAL

7. If the Consumer withdraws from the contract, the Seller shall reimburse all payments received from the Consumer, excluding the costs of delivering the goods, without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which the Seller was informed about the Consumer’s decision to withdraw from the contract.

8. Unless expressly agreed otherwise, the Seller will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as the Consumer used for the initial transaction; in any event, the Consumer will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement. The Seller may withhold reimbursement until they have received the goods back or the Consumer has supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest. The Seller requests that the goods be returned to the following address: Polvinyl Sp. z o.o., Konwaliowa 5, 69-220 Ośno, Poland, without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which the Consumer communicated their withdrawal from the sales contract. The deadline is met if the Consumer sends back the goods before the period of 14 days has expired.

9. The Consumer will bear the direct cost of returning the goods.

10. The Consumer is only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.

11. If the goods, by their nature, cannot be returned by regular mail, the Consumer will also have to bear the direct cost of returning the goods. The estimated cost of returning the goods will be communicated to the Consumer by the Seller in the product description in the Store or during the order process.

12. In the event that a refund is necessary for a transaction made by the Consumer using a payment card, the Seller will refund the amount to the bank account associated with the Consumer’s payment card.

3. EXCEPTIONS TO THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

The right of withdrawal from a distance contract does not apply to the Consumer concerning contracts:

1. For the supply of goods made to the Consumer’s specifications or clearly personalized.
2. To supply goods that are likely to deteriorate or expire rapidly.
3. The provision of sealed goods, unsealed after delivery, that are unsuitable for return due to health protection or hygiene concerns.
4. For the supply of goods which, according to their nature, are inseparably mixed with other items after delivery. e. For the supply of sealed audio or sealed video recordings or sealed computer software which were unsealed after delivery.
5. The supply of newspapers, periodicals, or magazines, with the exception of subscription contracts.
6. When the trader cannot control fluctuations in the financial market that affect the price or remuneration, and these fluctuations may occur during the withdrawal period,
7. For the supply of digital content which is not supplied on a tangible medium if the performance has begun with the Consumer’s prior express consent and acknowledgment that they thereby lose their right of withdrawal.
