- Definitions
Newsletter: A free electronic service that allows the Service Recipient to receive from the Service Provider, Polvinyl Sp. z o.o., electronic messages managed by the Service Provider at the address https://shop.polvinyl.com.
Service Provider: The business entity operating under the name Polvinyl Spółka z ograniczoną odpowiedzialnością, with its registered office in Katowice (40-048) at Tadeusza Kościuszki Street 43/10, registered in the Register of Entrepreneurs of the National Court Register maintained by the District Court Katowice Wschód in Katowice, VIII Commercial Division of the National Court Register, under the number: 0000959666, VAT No.: 6343007921, REGON: 521496093, with a share capital of PLN 5,000.
Service Recipient: Any entity using the Newsletter service.
- Newsletter
a. The Service Recipient may voluntarily use the Newsletter service.
b. To use the Newsletter service, the following is required: a device with an up-to-date web browser supporting JavaScript and cookies, access to the Internet, and an active email account.
c. Emails sent within this service will be sent to the email address provided by the Service Recipient when subscribing to the Newsletter.
d. To enter into an agreement and subscribe to the Newsletter service, the Service Recipient must first provide their email address in the designated field on the Website, to which they wish to receive messages sent as part of the Newsletter. The Service Provider will then send a verification email to the address provided in the first step, containing a link for the Service Recipient to confirm their wish to subscribe to the Newsletter. Upon confirmation by the Service Recipient, a service agreement is concluded, and the Service Provider will begin providing the service to the Service Recipient.
e. Each Newsletter email will contain information on how to unsubscribe, including a link for unsubscribing.
f. The Service Recipient may unsubscribe from the Newsletter at any time, without providing any reason and without incurring any costs, by using the option mentioned in paragraph e or by sending an email to the Service Provider at office@polvinyl.pl.
g. Unsubscribing via the provided link or sending a request to unsubscribe will result in the immediate termination of the service agreement.
3. Complaints
1. Complaints regarding the Newsletter should be reported to the Service Provider at the email address: office@polvinyl.pl.
2. The Service Provider will respond to complaints within 14 days of receiving the complaint.
4. Personal Data
- The administrator of personal data provided by the Service Recipient while using the Newsletter is the Service Provider.
- The Service Recipient’s personal data is processed based on the agreement and for its execution, in accordance with the principles set out in the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) of the European Parliament and the Council (EU). Detailed information on data processing by the Seller is provided in the privacy policy available on the Store’s website.
5. Final Provisions
- The Service Provider reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions for valid reasons. A valid reason is understood as the necessity to modify the terms and conditions due to the modernization of the Newsletter service or changes in the law affecting the provision of the service by the Service Provider.
- Information about planned changes to the terms and conditions will be sent to the Service Recipient’s email address provided during Newsletter subscription at least 7 days before the changes take effect.
- If the Service Recipient does not object to the planned changes by the time they take effect, it is assumed that they accept them.
- If the Service Recipient does not accept the planned changes, they should send a notification to this effect to the Service Provider’s email address: office@polvinyl.pl, which will result in the termination of the service agreement upon the effective date of the planned changes.
- It is prohibited for the Service Recipient to provide content of an unlawful nature.
